If it's a USB telephone you must be connecting it to your computer.
This suggests that the Skype software is loaded from a setup disk, (supplied with the telephone), onto your computer rather than being integral to the telephone.
If this is the case, simply change the Skype VOIP software on your computer to that of your preferred VOIP company and all should be well. |
