hi im looking into getting broadband at home but i can only get adsl1 on my exchange.at the moment there is no number connected to my line but it still has a dialtone. the whole thing is i don't really want to pay for line rental can it be done.

Yes its possible the term used is naked adsl, there may be other names for it.

thanks mate for the info but i'm in the rutherford exchange 2320 and they only offer adsl1 and naked dsl is on adsl2 maybe i will have to wait until they upgrade the exchange.
