1 make a backup copy of the .exe incase you run into issues.

2 Use your favorite hex program, open up the .exe

3 set the main window of the program the 0-F this will then display the addresses in true hex format.

4 use the search function and change all AC3CC335 to 40851638 and 9428BB37 to
D4106835 that should fix you up.

5 as you change the locations write the addresses of each instance into a notepad or txt file.
    Code:
    EG: location 1234567, AC3CC335 changed to 40851638
6 once you changed all the locations save the .exe

7 double check that the exe works by replacing the .exe in the main folder with your modified one. and then entering in the freq you want.

8 once you get the .exe converted perhaps you can post it here for others to enjoy.

Default No audio passing below 935mhz

I have edited the program and can get it to go to 927mhz ok. but it will not pass audio. Sounds like the firmware in the radio needs some work. Anyone have some ideas?

It was the TX audio. I had to do the tx deviation alignment a few times before it took. Any hints on changing the test freq in the software? I would like to add 927.000 to the test freqs in the alignment menu.

editing a new test freq shouldnt be too hard. if you know one of the test freq you should be able to convert it to edian and find it in the cps. I know that usually the test freq are about one "page' lower than the rx band limits in the CPS

935.000 is the lowest test freq. and it is also the band limit. I thought it would have shown up when I edited the band limits. I fear it might get the test freqs from the radio firmware. One thing that seems funny is the cps has multiple windows for test freqs but they are grayed out. It is like the software is locked down to change it. Maybe there is a service enable or some key to open the CPS to a lab type version.

There might be lab software but I dount it ever leaked, There isnt demand for base radio lab. A lot of test freq are similar to 935.0250 you may need to look in the cps for something similar. I am assuming you edited all the incidences of 935.0000. I would try editing them all to 936.0000 and then put the radio in test mode and see if it comes up on 936.
