The cps is v7.6 and the firmware is v1.09.10

trying to get two 6550 portable on the DMR network, the firmware is 1.07.02 the cp is 08.00.05. I did have one version installed that read them but read something about the about file, I unistalled the working version to try the new and got region not installed. To the end of me i lost that orginal file that work, haven't been able to find it since. It all come back with the region message. I kwow the units are NA region i can see the in the tool v3 and i can read them with the turner as well. Just can't find CPS and whatever updates are needed. Getting frustrated with them now.

that file worked on my radios perfectly, thanks.

Now for the updates and the finding out if i need them.

How do i go about purchasing the proper software from
Moto, or do i have to be a reseller I am thinking it would
be worth it for these units.
