    I was wondering if there might be a problem with your splitter.
    As a suggestion could you put the Ultra on line without the splitter and see if that makes any difference.
    If it does then swap the leads over on the splitter to again see what happens.
    If nothing changes after doing all that, then hopefully the others can help you sort things out.

    Tnx for the suggestion but I have already tried it without the splitter and same result.

    Followed Madmacka post about reinstalling Mcas etc and this seems to have solved my problem.
    Only one day passed but the tv turned on this morning with everything on the 900 going as usual.
