Time Config for DM500S
I have been having drama's trying to get the Time in the EPG to marry up with the actual time here in Brisbane.
I'd set the diff to Brisbane-10+ hours, no Daylight Saving (which I wished we had) and sure enough no change. The transponder time would be 10hours out and there's was nothing I could do to get it right.
WELL, yesterday I selected 10+ Vladivostok (which I think is a suburb of the Gold Coast) and my Times are correct in the EPG.
For us Blokes, it's never a problem calculating the time diff minus a day and multiplying the square root of KU Single from KU Universal. I know, I know.
BUT TO MAKE IT BLONDE PROOF

Vladivostok...one of the cities in Russia, almost next to the border of China. Sorry Saint, not quite near the Gold Coast lol.

About hmm 10 yrs ago i think? Was up there on holidays for a week.
that's odd, especially as none of your states time regulations have changed.
maybe post something on the PLi forum?
