LG LST-6100P Digital TV

Hey Guys, I've a LG LST-6100P which won't power on... PSU rails all appear fine, but the unit is continually trying to startup to no avail...

Any Suggestions?

We have had a lot with main filter cap in psu faulty .
Should have 330 vdc across it.
They werent very old units either .

What sort of symptons were they showing? Just out of curiosity

Little led on main board is lit but wont power up.
