    Hi Tradesman,
I don't have a very technical answer for you. I had a similar problem to you only in reverse. My neighbour complained about our dog barking etc and although it was a bit awkward initially "Not our beautiful dog!" I did do something about it.Over a period of months I put the dog in another area of the yard when we are out and separated part of our fencing further away from the problem area. Also spoke with some professional dog trainers for advice. Our dog still barks, but not as much (he is a dog after all and that's what dogs do)We take him to dog training as often as we can. As much as our mutt barks and it does annoy me sometimes I cannot condone any form of cruelty.I don't know what sort of relationship you have with your neighbour so I can't help you there. I did consider the Woofer Stopper but my advice was it may not work on our pet.
    Good luck.

I tried the silicon chip Woofer Stopper on my Labrador but it made him worst, he just barked at the bloody thing.
