Second Hand Samsung Plasma: Yes or No?

hey guys
i have been offered a samsung plasma screen at what i believe is a really good price.

i think its about a year old, and doesnt come with any warranty.

I was just wondering is there any risks with these models?

Not in terms of the panel but more the electronics?

i know its like asking how longs a ball of string but yeh...

Is it risky buying a plasma tv with no warranty?

be aware that the resolution on these is 1024 X 768, so it may look a bit grainy @ 50"

I asked a couple of mates at different service center's and they all said the same thing the only thing that has gone wrong was the y sus board but they said you could get a lot worse plasma than the Samsung, so if the price is right go for it.
By the way what was the price
