A picture tells 1427 words But it doesn't say that CCTV-9/CCTV News is in English. Most channels are Indian.

No they're not. Lygnsat isn't always accurate. I've sent emails about updates in the past and no reply
Anyway enjoy while FTA (if they still are?)

    Cheers,

Doing a blindscan is the easiest way to scan them in.

    Allop:

    12401 V, 21600, Fec 2/3, DVBS2, 8PSK

    Update from my experience today:
    Left FTA only those:
    - CCTV-9 (English)
    - TV5 Cambodia
    - ACTS TV
    - PSI TV (this is CCTV but without sound???)
    - Program 20 (no picture)

All other 9 listed in Leroy's post are coded - encrypted - Ox4AFA - what is it?

Also scan gave extra coded channels from pacific media:
    - BayonTV
    - CTN
    - HTV3
    - HTV7
    - HTV9
    - VTV3/4

and FTA with no picture - called "download"

Just wonder what coding system is that and where the OSC could be found?

Default What has happened to this Sat

Does anyone know what is happening on this sat? I used to receive a lot of channels, indian.. etc.. and seem to have lost tune on this sat. Looked in lyngsat.. most of the freq. are blank. I can not seem to retune this sat. some of the freq are similar to chinasat 6b and I keep hitting 6B.. and can not locate this sat at all. Can someone give me a couple of strong C-band TPs to tune this sat..

On AS4 C-Band there is bugger all now. I think the operator went bust. The Ku channels are not longer FTA.

Yeah!! I wouldn't be surprise, with so many operators competing operating in that region,no one will dare put up a company,..especially the net is here.

1/. The encryption system in use is Skypilot.

2/. What do you mean by the term "OSC" as in "where the OSC could be found"?
