YTN have it on right now Take a gander at YTN on PAS 8. I first heard of the shelling via BBC World who mentioned YTN.

NK's fired some 200 shells onto an SK island. SK has responded with 80 shells.

On D2 there's news segments on Press TV, Russia Today, Antenna Pacific, BVN, ERT and NHK World.
I8 on C band with YTN have constant news on this event.

D2 (ABN Uplink 1) Rudd giving speech for a Lateline segment on North & South Korea event.
Also, occasional ABC news feeds with reporter from South Korea. Also displaying at times a feed from YTN channel.
On I8 c-band, most of the 6 TVBS channels have a sort of split screen showing events. They have regular news crosses showing todays and happening events.
