Well, that may be the case, but u can still get it plenty of other places. Hopefully diwana comes back up, found it very useful.
just seems funny hours b4 underbelly is aired diwana and aussietorrents go down .. 2nd time its happened !

Probably went down because everyone was hitting refresh on the sites awaiting for it to appear.
It doesnt seem like a technical issue, as parts of diwana are still accessable.
possibly they brought the site down in fear of legal implications. (being australian they would be the prime target for making an example out of illegal filesharing of the tv show.) if they arent one of the major places ppl get the show, they wont be a target and get to live another day.
