    they could open a chain of restaurants serving Mammoth on the menu.

    i think DNA can be extracted from Mammoths , there are a few intact specimens around . but the $64 question is - how do you start life? not like you can just get a string of DNA and hook up jumper leads to it.
    maybe they cross mammoth DNA with some other close relative.
