Hi,
does someone have these files they could upload please,
Australia POI
Australia DEM
Oceania DEM

ive looked over at ppcwarez, but all the links seem broken, i have the Australia R14 map file.

NOTE: Map is more accurate than R14 version. My house is now showing correct number, was showing 38, now 36.....

Anyone know of a list of the 3D buildings? I grabbed the files before bed last night and upped them and they seem to work (you are right the maps is better, my house is not in my neighbours back yard anymore!), but just wondering if the 3D buildings work with my map.

The only one I know about is Docklands Stadium because its on the back of the Myer catalogue today.

Damn forgot about the speedcam file, always forget that one.

Hi HOE.. how are yu?? I have run into a bit of a problem I Installed all files ,Hopefully"in the right placw ,but not certain . But when I try and start up my PNA it comes up with a msg "Cant find Database" error msg.

Have yu any Ideas.??I know yu will thats why I,m asking ;-))

Also where does the Australia.3dl file go ??

Download Instructions:
Unpack and copy to folders on SD card
Maps go in Content/Map
POI in Content/POI
Speedcams in Content/Speedcam
Buildings in Content/Building
DEM in Content/DEM

If the folders do not exist, create them.

Note: The Uniden GPS units only ship with a very small Oceania.dem you may be better off continuing to use the old Australia.dem from the R14 mapset.

don't replace your current system.ini and sys.txt files with these ones unless you know what you are doing.

can someone tell me why i have to hard reset my HTC diamond to
make it work with (any) gps software?
selecting nmea or inbuilt doesnt seem to do sh!t?

are you running wm6.1 on the htc ?

if so, go into the settings menu and assign a hardware port to the inbuilt gps.

yep, running 6.1, if i hard reset now it will work for a few days then nothing,
ive tried changing ports, start->settings->system->external gps, then change com ports? (software) if i try and change the hardware port it seems to default back to (none)

EDIT: i set the software port to com 7, then within igo8 did auto detect and it scanned port 7.......... no gps?

They work. Just have a zoom around the capital cities. The details in these buildings are impressive. Been playing with mine, zooming in and out and around the various buildings around the CBD.

Oh, checked Melbourne, and found a church, looks like mine is working. I havent seen any in Adelaide but I havent really looked!
