Yes v720.1868 is the latest Australian Map

G'day All

I've just bought the 'latest' map via Tomtom Home, after upgrading my firmware, again via TT Home. Current f/w is now 7.16.

The invoice is telling me I've bought map v 6.75, although all the stuff on this thread says that the latest map is 7.20. Anybody know what's going on? Specifically, have Tomtom sold me an out-of-date map?

@geardown if you have indeed been given 675.1431 that map is nearly 2 years old current map is 720.1868 that is the map you should have

ty very much ocillator_1 i followed you instructions and it worked beaut.. now i have the tugan bypass in my maps. I was promised new maps from JB-HIfi but was untrue. Purchased in 07 but had 06 maps. I had my 30 dollar referdex out which boggles me as to print all that paper and publish is 30 dollars yet a file downloaded and duplicted in 10 seconds is $149 dollars..they can get stuffed and when this runs out will buy a new navigator without sensis /whereis map system.

Yep, that is indeed what the plicks have given me. I'll never use Tomtom home for maps again.

I'll try to fight the good fight on Monday through their contact number to get what I've paid for. If that doesn't work (and absolutely nothing in my experience with these people to date suggests it will), I'll go the cr@ck option and take 'em to small claims as well!

have you checked in map options that you do not have a second australia map there

Hello I'm new to your community, and require some assistance. I have been trying to install TT7 onto my HTC Diamond without success. This is what I have done so far.

1 Downloaded, unzipped and installed the recommended cab file
2 Ran TT7 (No Maps) retrieved tt7nav gif file from program folder
3 Downloaded, unzipped Keygen
4 Placed tt7nav file on Desktop, got deviceuniqueid
5 Placed meta text document that I found in the Keygen folder, into (insert_meta_from_Map_here folder)
6 Ran the RunMe file
7 Copied and Paste my deviceuniqueid when request by RunMe

I GOT THIS ERROR

Can't find 'insert_meta_form _Map_here\*.meta' file
Error

Legend :
OK= All Good
Wrong DeviceID symbol=Devicecode wrong written
There is no such map in keyfile Meta.txt=Your Map is until now not supported
Cant find file=no *meta file inside folder 'insert_meta_form _Map_here'
Press ant key to continue.

1 Im in Canada, so am I suppose to delete all the text from the meta file document that are not USA and Canada

2 I once heard that you are suppose to put a dash after the first five digits of you device id 12345-67890

I have tried no space, space and a dash, I still get the error. Im sure it is something small. Thank for the help, sorry my first post was so long

you have to put the meta file from the map into that folder not the meta file from the keygen
and there is to be no space between the device id
you also dont need to deleate any of the other lines of text from the meta file they can stay there it will only use the 1 it needs

I havent bothered updating Tom Tom lately but I just noticed Map Australia_720_1838 has been updated with Map Australia_720_1868.
Has anyone noticed any difference?
I cant imagine it would be much of an upgrade.

If you are in a new area its an important update as the new streets appear. So I would update a lot changes in two years.
