Which navigation platforms allow street name first then pick city from list

As the title says. Sometimes the street your given doesn't correspond to the suburb that has been given

Destinator 6 and 7, Garmin Mobile XT and Route 66 are all able to Search for a Street first - alas, not TomTom.
