Rep Power: 4 ![]() | When the new map is loaded in destinator, it claims to be Navteq 2008.Q1 V.8273 - note that this map also worked for D7 & there is some talk that D8 is just a rework of D7 anyway. I think D8 is a step ahead even if it is only small... Also with Destinator you can have mutilple maps loaded at the same time, then you can select them thru the menu system. Do you know of any errors in your 2007.Q1.5244 that you can check if they have been fixed in the 2008 version? Cheers |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | And thanks to xtyler91 for his work putting together his website and for posting those links.... ![]() It's funny to see all the places and forums that end up with links to my website. Also, I added links to the ppcwarez thread to put Sygic McGuider on your devices. I just started using it, but it's simple like PolNav. All it requires is download, unrar, copy to SD card. Instructions, as well as the links on where to get it, are in my Tutorials Forum on my website . Enjoy. And remember to always thank the original posters at ppcwarez. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() ![]() | I am using Destinator 8 on my Mio C310 using a custom built SystemInformation shell. I don't use the taskbar normally so it is not loaded by default. I have found that when I launch Destinator 8 it loads and works fine, however when I exit Destinator using the 'Quit' button it exits back to the shell and I finish up with an active taskbar. I have tried using the following MortScript to launch Destinator 8, and re hide the taskbar, but for some strange reason the Taskbar is not hidden after Destinator exits: # Launch Destinator RunWait("\Storage Card\Destinator\Destinator.exe") Run("\Storage Card\Utils\TaskbarHide.exe") The strange thing is I can run TaskbarHide.exe manually after Destinator has exited and the Taskbar hides correctly. I think that Destinator may be exiting without returning to the running MortScript it was launched from. Any ideas? Cheers, Ian

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Not sure, I suspect the apps we are using 'don't require a key...', but maybe the SmartNavi does....are you using the Destinator 8 linked in this thread?
