![]() | All gps are not the same. So if you buy a book with fishing GPS and enter coordinates then it does not mean you will be in the exact spot. |

| Junior Member | all gps's work on the same pricaple , that is co ordinates. so you will be in the same location within a dozern or so meters. the problem you have is tomtom isnt designed for free mapping. I have used it for points on a map , and mark it as a point of interest, but you cant travel to it. For 4wding you need something like oz explorer and a laptop or pda. If you have the pda or laptop setup you can run nav software with your blue charts. |
