Thanks, but I had tried that from information from another forum re the svox.dll not working from 1/1/2008.

On you system, does the TTS work in the demo mode?

Will TTS work with any map? Will it work with a modified DestCore.dll?

I have a Mio C520 unlocked and have Destinator 7.0.0.473 with that svox.dll file and TTS is work, i will check Demo mode tonight, i will also try Destinator 7.0.0.588 but that ran slower last time i tried it

Try this version its Destinator 7.0.0.547 with DestCore.dll 7.0.0.473, so it will show as 473 not 547, its the one i am using now

Thanks to all replys...I now have TTS working thanks to this thread. Apparently the TTS software needs a new key for 2008. The key is a simple txt file & is downloadable from Destinator or as a zip in this thread.

PS...there is a good D7 skin available here to.

Just a dumb question

I've got a Soniq QNG350 and need the new maps, if I install one of these maps you guys have uploaded will it work on this unit?
I've lost my key and details from when i got it and they're asking $40 for a upgrade so this may be the only way to upgrade.

these links don't last long do they... i have been looking for Destinator 7 for pc, for pda with ppc2003, and rhe latest maps but so far no luck... anyone got some working links or hints on how to find them myself... i have been trying all megaupload and rapidshare search engines and looking on other forums, but all links are dead...

Also i think post 15 has the latest Australian maps by memory, those links above come with Greek maps and language when initially installed but follow the instructions and switch over to English then change to Australian Map

thanks for the quick response. i had just come from the link you suggested. i got the pc and the sd versions, but the maps from post 15 just don't seem to want to work. it kept saying error, retry, i did that a few times then it said join up or wait... the pc version seems to open, but without the maps i guess i can't try any further. the sd version will have to wait till tomorrow to test. i will try and get the other version too, but again, will have to wait till tomorrow to play with. i guess the maps is the important thing that i still cannot seem to find/get working...
