It has the latest meta codes including the new 840 Truck map for Europe ,premium voices and speed cams.

Speed cams 9-12-09 are included as well.

This Keygen recplaces the KEYGEN3.1G!!

And it contains no virus!! Please check the file at virustotal and see for yourself - only a few scanner report a"generic" virus.
The alarm is triggert because of the way it works : it extracts ,copies and deletes files (when closing) and connects to the internet (to download the latest cams and meta codes).

You start TT Home with your device connected.
Klick on add voices....
Select the voice you like ,pay for it and ownload it to your Tomtom.

If it was not that you wanted to know : please be more specific ...

I suppose what i was asking I did nto see any references to premium voices in the keygen, or maybe I don't understand the significance of it? As above oyure correct that is the way to do it but then why would it matter with the keygen??

Ok ,it seems you are trying to activate some premium voices - like Homer and so ?
The Keygen4.1 (like 3.1 before that) will activate them for you directly in the voices folder.
Just klick "make map keys" .

I need some help in updating my TomTom Go 910 with the latest Australia_840.2562 maps, step by step if possible, this is my first time updating my unit. Also, I 've done full backup (explorer) and downloaded the latest maps.

I have ever got the Speed cams to work before do I just copy the Speed cams files in to the maps folder ?

Correct : copy the two files into the map folder ,after that :
Activate with Keygen4.1 : "make map keys" - this will activate everything on your device (if the correct code is inside the meta.txt) including speec cams , voices and of course all installed maps.

That means : if you have an original map installed (one that you paid for or was originally on the device) will no longer be an original because the activation key will be changed.
If you have a genuine Navcore you have to patch it in order to be able to use maps that you have activated yourself.
All that is only important if you care for your warranty

To be safe : always make a backup before you "play" with your device!
Nothing is more painful than not to have a backup in case you need one

So I completed multiple backups (had problems before with legitimate updates), I'm running Navcore 9.025 which might be the issue.

I checked the speed camera data and its twice the size of my existing one, which seems to miss most fixed speed cameras

Anyway, I can make map keys but attempting to patch the navcore simply results in "you must have an original navcore".

Is the keygen4.1g compatible with a 9.025 navcore?
And is the patch supposed to act directly against the TomTom, or am I supposed to copy some files off the device to the keygen directory?

I've actually spent ~1hour trying to patch and reading on how to do it so I assume I'm doing something fundamentally wrong. I tried following the tutorial, but my TomTom has a legitimate map, but that shouldn't cause an issue. I haven't patched my TomTom home either but that should be ok....

If you take the Extra version you don't have to patch the Navcore!
Only genuine Navcores (like the ones from the TT servers) need patching.
And yes ,the Keygen works from your PC - no need to copy files .

Ok thanks, I couldn't get my genuine navcore patched.
I might wait for the SE navcore to come out, I'd like to try and see if it runs on my model.

I've got the non-genuine navcore but the "loquendo" directory is significantly different to my genuine one for some reason....
