What exactly happens? Have you tried just transferring everything from one device to another? Backup both of them. Format the Flash disk on 3300 as Fat32, then copy the backup from 1300's Flash disk to 3300's Flash disk. You should also check the settings for port and baud rate in UserSettings.XML. It should work.

On my 4350max, I'm using either 4350max's software, or 6310's!

of course i've done that

i transferred the entire directory trees from one internal memory to the other

it either reboots or gives me some error message in german (to return to the manufacturer)

Did you find that when using the 6310 rom on the 4350max that your tts cuts off the beginning of the sentence? instead of "in 200m turn right onto xyz street" all she says is "xyz street"?

Yes, in the middle of a huge city where I was going for the first time! ... annoying! "Where is that street? Do what on that street: left, right, ... stop! ... hell!" Then I stopped and switch to without tts. And I find it easier to just "Take the second right." I never bothered to check what was the problem (maybe different versions of some .dll files).

Speaking of ".dll's":

Maybe they both need some ".dll" files stored in "\windows" folder that the other doesn't have them. Are you connecting them to the PC through ActiveSync, or they're just seen as "Mass Storage"? If it's ActiveSync, then you can check the "\windows" folder to see what the differences are. If it's "Mass Storage", you can copy Total Commander for CE (cecmd.exe - you can find it in any unlocking pack - MioPocket, etc.) to your card, rename it to "UpdateMe.exe" or "autorunce.exe" (see what works), and use that to see the contents of "\windows". Or maybe the Windows versions are different!

If I could I would go back to the 4350max but I cant find the rom anywhere.

You don't need the rom. You need the NAVIGON folder that came with 4350max. If you want I'll upload it for you somewhere.

That would be awesome, I upgraded it to 6310 or whatever it is and I dont think much of it. Prefer to go back to the original.

Make a backup of your device first, just in case... Delete everything from your device apart from the map folder (\NAVIGON\MAP). Then copy the contents of the folder to your own device. See if it works.
