Trouble Accessing Digital Copy

Hi
I have purchased Star Trek and Transformers 2 on Blu-Ray. Both come with addiitonal digital copies. Despite having Windows Media Player 11, I am unable to download the digital copy from the DVD to my PC HDD. It keeps going back to the screen where I can access a link to download Win Media Player 11.

Despite Googling this problem, I cannot locate an answer. Is anyone having the same problem?

I presume your on the internet it will probably have to download a drm license?
