Free GPS + turn by turn directions download for mobile

G'day,

I'm buying a new GPS phone (leaning towards the 6210 but any other advice is welcome) but i'm not keen on paying for a licence to have turn by turn directions.

Does anyone know of a third party GPS program that I can download and not pay anything for?

I've never paid for GPS with my 6210.
Access to GPS is essentially free for any GPS devise once the initial purchase price has been made.

I think Boiled Ice is after 3d party software for free to avoid using Nokia Maps licenced software.

The turn by turn instruction license for the GPS on the 6210 requires payment after 6 months. I want turn by turn directions but I don't want to pay for it. So i'm looking for a GPS program that I don't have to pay for.
