I done the same with my Mrs phone.

Get the Data Suite cable.

Goto Nokia, download the PC suite. Visit nokia support site and download the latest firmware, follow the prompts and away you go!

N70 is a symbian phone. There is an application for symbian called "No Logo".
Just install it on your phone and run it. It will ask if you want the logo off and voila! done.
Do a google search for it, otherwise pm me your email and I'll send you it (I am not on here everyday so be patient).

Brian it should work on any symbian phone. Mine is an N80 which runs on symbian 3rd edition, same as n70 and n95, and it works on mine.
like I said, PM me your email if you can't find it.
