Motorola V620 Flex & Flash :)

Hi all,

Did try to search as usual, but not a lot in archives

THis would be a great time to fill in some gaps for Austech, and help me at the same time !

I have a Motorola V620, and am using it whilst my N73 is in limbo with Optarse after dropping it and breaking the liquid crystal. (Insurance claim waiting forever as usual)

Problem is that when openning the V620, it flashes and carries on a treat before the screen lights up. Answering calls is a night mare, as it just flashes white then has a small seizure before making any sense at all.

I've read elsewhere it's best to flash and flex it.

After reading heaps last night I now have installed "Flash&Backup v3.0.7" from www.mororola-tools.com (NeoX TEAM) and I have it installed fine.

I also downloaded and installed all the P2K drivers, and they're working fine. The phone is installed usb and working fine with the PC and above prog.

All I really need is a location or link to the correct and latest firmware for the V620 (even older one for a roll-back would be fine) if anyone knows or can point me in the right direction ?

My current flex version is GSRV 620 T673 CT076
S/W : R376_G_OE_65_25R
DSP: 62212100
