look on deal extreme, im pretty sure theres a guide for it as they sell the phone replacement cases, i remember reading it.

theres some scrws behind the gps sticker thing

"Once you have the back off, to get the front cover off you have to peel back the 'GPS' sticker at the top on the slide. Theres a screw there you have to take out.

The rest is careful prying."
