Unlocking/ Unbarring Lg shine fone

Hey guys

I have a lg shine fone with doesnt allow me to make/ recieve calls or msgs as every time u try to call, it says its been locked so is there any way to fix it and return it to normal

return the phone to the rightful owner....

you wont get help with stolen phones here....

its not stolen mate, i had a head on fight with the sp and they wont admit that they were wrong which they were so u cant win agaisnt big companies so f**k them
