Try other NMEA GPS receiver , baud rate 9600 and any of the com ports that are displayed......it will be a bit of trial and error so make sure you are outside and it has clear access to the sky and go through each one.

I have a W800 with internal chip and thats how I got Tomtom to connect.

Cheers for that, Ive seen the NMEA Receiver as an External option so I will have a play in that area.

how is the w800 holding up?

what is it like compared to your old pda? - would you recommend it?

Anyone who has one of these Cect Daxian T32 Iphone clones with the GPS chip, try com2 and baud rate 4800 to connect.

I can see the satellites on tomtoms config screen but don't have enough signal strength to get it up and running, will keep trying though
