Default WIFI - lost after Laptop resumes from standby

I'm connected to a wireless network (my Belkin wireless router), all works just fine until I hibernate or go into standby. When I resume Windows and everything loads up again, But the wifi settings are lost .. as I set manual IP for all pc's on my LAN they IP 192.168.1.5 and dns all resort back to default find ip and dns auto .. so thought it was cause going in standby .. so I disable that made it so only turns screen off .. sometimes wifi is fine other times its lost settings .. anyone got fix for it ?
