Default Office Suite Networking/Internet

Hi,

I'm hoping a networking expert can help me with this situation. I recently moved into an office suite which has internet provided. They provided the following details to connect to the provided internet connection.

Network
Their Router
Default Route
Broadcast
Netmask
DNS
Outbound DNS

these are internal ips (10.x.x.x) and internet works fine when I put put the following settings into the router

IP Address: Their router
Subnet Mask: netmask
ISP Default Gateway: Default Route
Primary DNS: DNS

To setup VPN i needed an external IP. The building internet provider, sent me the following details.

Address:
Netmask:
Network:
Broadcast:
HostMin:
HostMax:
Hosts/Net:

Now the question is what combination of these settings do I use so i can access my network remotely.

Cheers,
Ben
