| Junior Member | I did start a previous post re"connecting two houses". I finally bought a Buff WZR@-G300N router and also an attachment for the remote laptop. Well the thing is bloody useless. I'm on sat net, shaped plan so the speed is not great. In the same room as the router I get a download speed of 54 Mbps, at 40 metres distance it is 36-54 Mbps, at 75 it is 2-5.5 at 80 metres it disconnects..... So if anybody is going to do the same exercise then don't do it my way. |

| Banned | yep i personally think it is a overhyped pos... ![]() have u tried flashing it with different firmware? one of my friends was rabbling on about something like that to increase its signal strength, i wasnt too interested so i didnt pay too much attention.
