Default NewCS 2 phoenix readers ?

Hi,
how to setup 2 readers and different users for each?
Does it need 2 newcs instances running or can be done in one xml file?
I google for hours now and can see any info on this.
Cheers

Multiple Devices under Readers sections for 1...

<device>
<name>Phoenix on Com1</name>
<node>COM1</node>
<type>Phoenix</type>
</device>

<device>
<name>Phoenix on Com2</name>
<node>COM2</node>
<type>Phoenix</type>

</device>

<device>
<name>Phoenix on Com3</name>
<node>COM3</node>
<type>Phoenix</type>
</device>

etc

AND

users section
------------

<user>
<name>dummy</name>
<password>dummy</password>
<readers>
<allow>Phoenix on Com1</allow>
</readers>
</user>

<user>
<name>dummy</name>
<password>dummy</password>
<readers>
<allow>Phoenix on Com2</allow>
</readers>
</user>

<user>
<name>dummy</name>
<password>dummy</password>
<readers>
<allow>Phoenix on Com3</allow>
</readers>
</user>

Its all in the examples

on dreambox you could have 1 on Serial & 1 on USB etc i used the above as windows Com ports for easy understanding.
You should be able to add in your own stuff but on dreambox you only have 1 serial so you would need to use a USB for other,
