Newbie Satellite Encyclopedia download.

Saw beer4life's post on The newbie satellite encyclopedia and having an interest in sat TV, and not having custody of the family brain cell, I thought that I may be able to pick up some useful pointers.

Unfortunately after trying to download said file from Megaupload 5 times over 2 days, and getting a file that has the message "Bad zip file or part of a spanned/split zip file" with a file size considerably less than the 975.63kb that the file should be, I'm sitting here now and asking my self "Duck what have you screwed up now?"...

I just downloaded it, 975.63 KB, no problems.
For the free download, you need to type in the 3 letter code and then wait 45 secs to hit the D/L button.
Just to set the record straight, I am not the author, just happened to have a copy after the site crashed last year.
Written by several other esteemed members of this forum.

Strange, Just tried again to download the file and got the same message.

Switched from Opera to Firefox to see if that would make any difference, worth a try..., got message "File could not be saved because the source file could not be read."

Downloads 357kb before it expires.

As I said, Strange

If you could PM me the file Druid I would greatly appreciate it.

I have downloaded this three times but I still get an error saying the file could not be opened and it doesn't appear to be a valid archive. I am using Winzip (version 12.0).

Please bear with me while I sort these problems out with the moderators.
It would seem that the file at "MegaUploads" has become corrupted.
I am getting illegal attachment when sending copy to "gmail.com", but no problems with "hotmail.com" or "yahoo.com.au" as well as others that I have sent in the past.

I got both, I gave it a skim read but couldn't find anything different, maybe I better go back and have a closer look

All I remember back in the "old days" v0.6 was too big to be an attachment, ie > 1Mb, v0.5 could be an attachment. So there was something added, but forget what exactly, but probably something to do with goldies or ghost golds etc......

I'm getting reported problems with opening the Ver 0.6
When I tried, this was the result.

Navigation to the webpage was canceled

Where do we start to solve this? Hope that you can help.

Still there and downloads OK using both free and premium rapidshare accounts. Both opened OK. Can only suggest try again.
