Those hills dishes have a 22 degree offset, are you factoring that in?

I was also thinking he may be using True Azimuth instead of magnetic. Central coast has a Magnetic variation of 12.6 degrees.

Azimuth (true): 25.3°
Azimuth (magn.): 12.7°
LNB Skew: 20.9°

ill try 10700 for lnb! is it 10.700 because that is the setting format in lnb setup, also i think the elevation might be out but i cant change that untill tomorrow because of an electrical storm at the moment, ill change it to 70deg assumeing the hills dishes have a 22deg offset!

It's the other way around, it will read 26 degrees or thereabouts.

What bird are you looking for? C1 for foxtel/Austar/Aurora or Pas8 for Select? Once we establish that we can give you more detail. Lyngsat will give you the correct freqs, symbol rate and fwd error correction figures. All services have their own tuning channel which will generally be a nice strong signal to tune to.

someone can correct me if I'm wrong but all dishes I've installed have corrected elevation. You just set it to what it should be and don't worry about the offset.
