Playing backups without a chip

OK so you don't have a chip and you want to much around with your Wii. The first thing you need to do is the The Twilight Hack. and then download the Wii Backup loader. I have done the twilight hack but have not tried the backup loader. That does not interest me as much as the home brew scene. So just wondering if anyone's tried it yet and how they went with it. I only just got the homebrew channel going so was also wondering what apps people are using with it. BYE

but to be honest have not tried that hack and loader , might give it a go and report back

When you can run XBMC on a wii I will show some interest, till then a chip is a better six pack solution.
