I'm using a WD Passport 500GB HDD and WBFS Manager 3.0.1 (tried an earlier version and same issue), and I find I can only load 1 game ISO on at a time. After each I have to unplug and reconnect the HDD (if I don't disconnect and then reconnect the HDD the program processes the ISO like it's putting it onto the HDD, but it never comes up in the game list on the HDD) and close and reopen WBFS Manager (if I don't close and reopen the program it just brings up error messages). Anyone else have this issue or know why?
