SSBB with 3.3e update

Should SSBB work with the 3.3e update using a D2Pro (9 wire) with v1.5 firmware? I can't seem to get the single or dual layer versions to work

I had to go back to 3.2

What method did you use to downgrade?

If you've got the homebrew channel, just run the downgrader off the sd card. If you haven't got the channel you'll need to do the twilight hack first to get the homebrew channel on.

damn sounds confusing, is there same new protection in the latest firmware ?

If the game has been patched( in any way) then it wont work on V3.3E....that was one of the things that update did.
Another thing to consider is the media being used. Its a known fact that many Wii's will not play DL, even the original in some cases.
