![]() | Try right clicking the drive, i think there will be an 'initialise' option, after this, you will be able to select the format option. Cheers, RHCP.

Just for future reference, XP can theoretically only handle four primary partitions. The help files will tell you this, I've lost too much information on extended partitions to bother with them anymore and know of three PC's running over 8 primaries without dramas. |
