![]() | Sorry I cant elaborate too much on this, But a mate rang me this morning and asked me for some help with his XP machine. He told me that he installed SP2 now computer crashes. I dont know anything about his computer and I am at work and cant get there untill late tonight. Sorry to be so vague , but I am being sneaky at work and havent got too much time to do research. Any help, much appreciated Cheers |

![]() | Quad, It wont even start in safe mode. have tried Last known good config as well. BSOD error code is 0x0000008e (0x0000005, 0x8056e2a2, 0xf8593ba4, 0x00000000) Any other ideas mate? |

![]() | have tried diff ram and in diff slots. Still cant get past BSOD, my mate is getting desperate because its his business computer and guess what? He hasnt backed up !!!! |
