Default Synchonisation of two XP machines

I want to be able to synchronise my Tablet PC with my main (desktop PC) at home.

I have a panasonic toughbook on the road for work with XP on it, what I want to be able to do is synchronise changes that day when I get home.

Because I upload configuration changes to alarm panels and receive emails using outlook on the road, I'm sick of manually transferring files or referring to two PC's when I need something.

Cheers in advance
