USB Hub on Win98 Virtual PC

I have Toshiba Tecra P5 notebook (WinXP) where I installed a MS Virtual PC2007. I have created Windows 98 SE machine which works fine. The problem I have is I cannot get the USB hub detected from the Win98. Automatic detection doesn't show anything, if I manually add USB hub everything works fine as well, but nothing is added to the notebook hardware list.
I couldn't find any win98 drivers for Toshiba P5, their site has only WinXP and Vista supported.
Can someone please give me an idea what I can do, the only what I need it for is to use my USB flash disk.
