Windows XP SP2-Error Message

On shutting down this message appears:-

An error box comes up where it asks for the process to be ended.
The error is in relation to ccSvcHst ?

The system then restarts ie won't close down . Any idea's please.!!

uninstall norton and install a proper antivirus......
