How to Find Deleted Items On XP

Where do deleted E-mails and Browser History go after it has been deleted , is there any where on XP that stores it

when you delete in outlook it goes to the deleted items folder??
after you delete it from there..you will have to find a program to restore files from HD....

Look for the program Recuva and Click the link!
It will take you to there website where it explains to you in more detail.
This is a pretty simple program to use
