The website TwinHan Technology Co., Ltd there is one drive
AD-SB200(7022) V1.0.1.900

I test this device driver but don't work.
if you search internet there is only one website with URL DigitalNow
but don't answer email and no driver for AzureWave DVB-S2 USB_CI - AD-SB300 (7050)

Have you tried the "All Models Digital TV 3.4 (2008 05 02)"
it has a 7050 listed

I have zipped just the 7050 driver part if you just want to try it.

No luck then, sounds like a odd one, strange that its not listed on Twinhan's site, Azurewave just redirects to Twinhan.

All I can suggest then is to try and contact the below sites (sounds like you have tried already)

Maybe your unit or usb port is faulty or it's a clone that is not genuine
Twinhan product. Why don't you go back to the seller and get a
replacement?

If you are trying to contact twinhan, you wont get anywhere. While back I managed to contact Azurewave about their new card and got them to update the driver for it.
Good starting point is to give their customer service call and take it from there. When I rang them, nice girl connected me to their developement team manager and we exchanged e-mails with him. Then it took only few emails back and forth to get the problem sorted.

I just had a thought, abod.
How did you install your USB DVB-S dongle first time?
Did you connect it to your PC and then installed software using windows "New Hardware Found" dialog, or installed the software first and then connected the card in?

Majority USB devices installation process has to be different to the way you've done it.
Can you do the following:
1. Don't connect your USB card;
2. Uninstall any DVB-S drivers currently installed;
3. Uninstall DigitalTV completely from your laptop;
4. Restart your laptop;
5. When it's up and running, insert the CDROM I can see in your opening post;
6. Install the software and drivers as it is prompted by the installer. If during installation the installer will ask you to connect your USB card, do so and then ignore step 8;
7. After installation completed, restart your laptop;
8. When its up and running, connect your USB card and see if Windows recognises it.
