All I can suggest then is to try and contact the below sites (sounds like you have tried already) azwave Contact Us TwinHan Twinhan online help Twinhan digitalnow DigitalNow |

If you are trying to contact twinhan, you wont get anywhere. While back I managed to contact Azurewave about their new card and got them to update the driver for it. Good starting point is to give their customer service call and take it from there. When I rang them, nice girl connected me to their developement team manager and we exchanged e-mails with him. Then it took only few emails back and forth to get the problem sorted.

Majority USB devices installation process has to be different to the way you've done it. Can you do the following: 1. Don't connect your USB card; 2. Uninstall any DVB-S drivers currently installed; 3. Uninstall DigitalTV completely from your laptop; 4. Restart your laptop; 5. When it's up and running, insert the CDROM I can see in your opening post; 6. Install the software and drivers as it is prompted by the installer. If during installation the installer will ask you to connect your USB card, do so and then ignore step 8; 7. After installation completed, restart your laptop; 8. When its up and running, connect your USB card and see if Windows recognises it.
