Twinhan 1034 Diseqc issue

Ive just upgraded my twinhan card to a 1034 Mantis from a 1030 (piece of sh*h ).
Now I have perfect picture no glitches. And the boxed program works with diseqc ok.

Problem : I like My Theatre and now the 4 way Diseqc switch dosnt work in my Theatre.Well some times it does switch 1-5 min later.

IT worked fine with the old card
Strange thing is the boxed software works with the Diseqc.

Any one solved this issue.

It's gotta be MyTheater issue. Did you try to find an answer at their forum?

Yes a lot about doing mods on switches .

I down loaded it from the twinhan site and it loads as 1.0.5.4 ???

I haven't been there .

That did the trick the 1.1.0.300 driver works with DigitalTV and My Theatre
All those little diseqc bits are happy now.

Now to see if DVB Dream can work Diseqc

Diseqc is now working on DVBDream some times .

I'm using DVBDream V1.3c

Although not running it via a diseqc, it is very stable for me.

Got DVBDream sorted changed to another Diseqc switch .
Unreal between the driver and Diseqc switch it had no chance of working.
Just shows how touchy these Twinhan cards are .

Glad to see you got it sorted out....there are plenty of knockers around the forums when it come's to Austech, but I am not concerned by them. This place continues to pass great information between it's members, and I have also been a recipient on heaps of occasions as well. There is also plenty of information passed "off board", and boy it helps!

I guess that's why some of us find the place to be very comfortable.......

Not clear if it is Mantis chip based card or older one?

I emailed the seller definitely a Mantis chip on this ebay one
atleast it uses Mantis BDA driver he says.

Also he says the CAM is supported in Mytheatre and ProgDVB

People complained about old chip card, too many problems they had.
If it's Mantis one it is defenitely good buy, I don't remember how much I paid, it was more than that.

It works for me in all applications I could find. USALS as well working good (only using DigitalTv3.4 drivers).
Not as sensitive a my Strong STb, but still good. For example Strong gives me 98% quality, the twinhan card comes up with 92%. Still happy with it.

Azurewave AD-SP 300 2-T1034-121 so it's a good buy I think.

Looks like this is going at half retail price in 20 minutes sells at $69 retails at $134 satplus.com.au

Can anyone please tell me how to exactly confirm how to tell if a Twinhan sat pci card is a "Mantis" or not..

It aparenty has " conexant fusion 878A " written on 1 of the chips ( I think )
