Mgcamd is easy, just look for newcamd.list which should be in var/keys and add
CWS = serverIP portnumber username password deskey
    example CWS = 192.168.0.1 15000 cro cro 01 01 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 12 14

The hardest part is getting the files in the correct place. The binary (mgcamd) in the vu+ & DM is in /usr/bin but in the Relooks it's /var/bin or /var/emu. It varies according to the image. You will also need /var/keys/mg_cfg, but you can leave this with it's defaults. The actual configuration file is usually newcamd.list or newcamd.conf can either be in /var/keys on an E1 box or in /etc/tuxbox on E2 and only needs the one line:
    CWS = 127.0.0.1 xxxxxx username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

The port number (xxxxxx above) needs to match that in oscam.conf and the username password in oscam.user. For the client only boxes, the IP address also has to change to that of the server. You also need separate username/password & account sections for each box.

Note: the line starts with CWS (not CSW as in weirdo's reply)

The specs say it can handle that SR but I don't know anyone that's tried it.

No. I've never had pixelation with oscam, even when the DM600 was serving. I used to get glitches (picture & sound would freeze for a second) but with the move to oscam V 3073 it has been perfect.

Fairly happy with it so far. I'm still using PLi as I've had a few problems with VIX (got it setup & then when doing the auto update, it crashed). The things I like best are CrossEPG and the dual tuners. I'm also using an 8Gb USB drive for permanent timeshift. The timeshift is a bit clunky & I haven't really got on top of it yet (supposed to be better in VIX) and there isn't any bouquet editing functions (have to do it externally). I've also had some issues with some of the skins which overscan my screen, but the default on PLi seems to work OK.

I've also managed to lock it up a couple of times, but overall it's been pretty good - and SWMBO can drive it too. I don't have a HD TV (yet), but the picture on the old box is quite acceptable.

I had the 7025 for my main box until I got the vu+duo
I set the vu+duo up with openpli and same (magic) skin as I had on the 7025
I reprogramed swmbo'd remote and changed the tv input - she did not even notice the difference - all looks and acts the same
    except I noticed
    - It boots up about twice as fast as the 7025
    - runs about three times cooler than my 7025 which needs an external fan on top.
    - the nfi save plugin - copy results onto a usb stick and you can reflash back to your fuly configured working image in about 2.5 minutes - good for those who play till its broke

all up very very happy with the vuduo - nice box
if nothing else the price of a second hand 7025 just dropped $150-200 bucks
    Dm500, DM5620, DM600 x2, DM7000 x1, DM7020, DM7025, DM800, VU+DUO and a partridge in a pear tree

    Running VIX 1.1, updated fine.
CrossEPG is pre installed and easy to set up in the VIX menu.
CoolEPG is awesone once you squeeze some more rows in and enable the preview/picture window. Added to the epg importer to use the crossepg data, it appeared to be the eit data before then, too lazy to look further into it now it works.
Editied /etc/timezones.xml and changed Bisbane to Brisbane, this bug is also on e2/jade3, surprisingly.
Changed the OK button to ZAP+EXIT in CoolEPG.

    Perm time-shft seems to work.
Auto timer is SOOO GOOD, and intergrated into CoolEPG, killer.

    My H-H rotor works fine.

I put an old sata drive in that was NTFS and VIX didn't want to boot after an install, so i flashed openpli and formatted it, and reflashed VIX and it was then fine.

Already have pli e1 and e2 boxes

Vix is good, only complaint would be no usb dvb-t but theres not really any reason with the end of terrestial hd channels. Cheap dvb-c tuner would be nice tho.

(edit) Oh, it seems gem and 7maaate are HD after all!
