Yep there is a Backup plugin Called:
Vu Plus NFI-Backup V1.1 24.1.2010

Cool plugin copys a NFI image to your internal HDD, and also copys a FULL backup of Everything to a folder called vuplus to HDD.
Just load the vuplus folder on to your USB key and load as u would a normal image.

Yep, the NFI backup plugin works a treat. Great for testing new images or anything else. It couldn't be more simple or fast to backup and restore an image.
