Firmware - Openbox S10

Does anyone have , or can anyone do a back up of their openbox S10.
I stupidly put on a Skybox update (after being assured it works fine) only to find its the slowest piece of crap around and hangs the box when scanning Sat's. Worse than that is the fact that my original backup file is corrupted and won't load.

So if someone can put the original firmware up I would appreciate it.

as far as I know there is no difference in the firmware its just a different logo embedded in the file.
I could be wrong but the skybox firmware on my openbox is great. maybe you got a dud release.
here is the version i use give it a go if its still no good Ill try and find my original file for you.

Sorry mate, still not doing it for me, Loaded yours and the box still freezes on the initial blind scan - all animation stops at 1% and it just sits.

Well, I'm very sorry carjackma, absolutely nothing wrong with the firmware you posted, it's working perfectly and I I do prefer it to the original.

What the problem turned out to be was my Spaun SMS281F.
And what's really puzzling throughout all of my checking the S10 constantly showed me 80% intensity and 76% quality, but would only show those numbers if I changed the LNB frequency to 10750 as opposed to the normal 10700.

What bought it to my attention was I getting failures on a number of transponders when doing the preset scan (after the blind) Transponders 1 to 8 were always fine then i would get failures on 9,14,17,19,25,30,32,36 through to 43. and every scan thereafter was slightly different.

For instance I had pictures on FBO 4 but not Adult 1 or I might, after one scan have pics on History but not on arena.
After a bit of trial and error I found that one side of the Spaun had failed, thankfully I had a 16 output that I had in stock and was going to swap over at some stage in the future

Put the new Spaun in, did another multi sat blind scan, got all transponders, did the pre set and got all channels.
Everything is now working fine.

I have installed this firmware. The box works and visually it is much better than the original firmware. There is one issue that i cannot access any of the settings i.e. they are all greyed out.

Any suggestions what i can do to fix it.
