Relook 400s channel problem Hi recently purchased a used relook 400s but cannot get all the channel from F***el. It's missing channels like movie, fox sports 1,2,3 etc. I have a legit card, platinum but cannot get half of it. I have a dual lnb for both tuners & using PLi-Helenite.
Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Maybe try ticking the Network search in the LNB settings and do another scan.

I'm using ABcom enigma 10-06-08 release for 400s, if want download cams etc via the ipx panel, into the image you'll need to install the addon version powerpc ipx as well, ftp it to the tmp directory after the image is installed on the box.
I'm not sure if your problem is image related, but at least with an enigma image designed to work with a relook 400, rather than a modifed dream box image, you'll be certain (I hope)
mudcrab i have tried gemini, highland & no go. tried the AB & it hangs during the boot up process. Ok re flashed AB image & its ok. But its only getting 213 services found compared to my mutant 400 services.
i'm lost.
After trying different images i suspect the tuner. Is there anyone/satellite shops that can offer their services to check my box, preferably in sydney ?

Have you tried manually scanning the missing frequencies?
yes couldn't lock on.
Try and change your lnb for another one and see if you can rule that out
did that , went over my bros house & tried it. My existing mutant works fine with my lnb.
try another image, Highland 2.16 is pretty good & gets all the goodies, nice user interface as well.

Have you tried flashing to the standard cubecafe 400 image available from the relook site. This will at least tell you if you have a hardware problem if you can't scan with this image.
yes did that, i even went back as far as the relook 400s original f/w.
You might have already treid but just in case you haven't. In your first post you say you're using a dual LNB for both tuners. Try setting your LNB settings just for a single tuner and see if that works

You probably tried this aswell, but have you hooked up another box to this cable/lnb to make sure that works?
yep my dm500 & mutant works fine

yep i will if no one can service it. thats the problem with relook compared to dm.
