CPU Going Crazy

Hi all recently my processor sounds like a jet about to take off well thats the fan but its goign full ball all the time and now whenever hte computer is on the cpu usage is on 100% all the time n matter what im doing what do i do i scanned it with ESET(NOD 32) no virsuses any idea guys?

Start task manager and see whats running at 100% and go from there
